Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 44 of 2023 arising out of Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 216 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.10.2022.

The prosecution story is in short is that mother-in-law of the informant informed regarding the missing of her fatherin-law, when the informant was at her parent's house. She returned to her matrimonial house and searched her father-inlaw who could not traced. It is also alleged that there is suspicion that FIR name accused persons including the petitioner being son and wife of the deceased in common intention of committed murder of the deceased (Krityanand Sharma) and also concealed the body of the deceased.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29057 of 2023(2) dt.24-05-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts that the charge-sheet has been submitted, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand ₹ Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Purnea in connection with S.T. No. 44 of 2023 arising out of Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 216 of 2022.
