2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No.329 of 2018, registered for the offences under Sections 341, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.
3. Petitioner is suspect of having shot at the victim.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 28.02.2025 and he claims one criminal antecedent.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26185 of 2025(3) dt.14-05-2025 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class/concerned Court below, in connection with Brahampura P.S. Case No.329 of 2018.
7. At the time of accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner, the Court below shall verify the fact whether the petitioner has only one criminal antecedent or not. If it is found that the petitioner has not more than one criminal antecedent then only his bail bonds shall be accepted by the Court below.
8. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Madhuban Police Station, East Champaran on second and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in the cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) shikha/- U T
