JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 16-03-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ application, the sole writ petitioner has died and at this stage, he has instruction from the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner not to pursue this writ application. In the aforesaid view of the matter, this writ application cannot proceed.
