The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner got executed sale deed with regard to land in his favour fraudulently from the son of the informant without proper consideration amount. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that sale deed was executed after giving consideration amount of `12,50,000/- to the son of the informant. Moreover, considering the nature of accusation, other co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 51804 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
