In terms of the earlier advertisement, Balwant Singh, respondent no.5 was appointed but he tendered his resignation causing that vacancy.
The University has issued fresh notification no. 1/15 dated 19.1.2015 for the purposes of appointment of Assistant Controller of Examination. Petitioner is claiming to have requisite qualification, applied for the post but University has
Patna High Court CWJC No.24390 of 2013 (2) dt.05-05-2016 refused to issue the admit card on the ground of pendency of present writ petition.
The University has already invited the vacancy for fresh appointment, petitioner has filed the application. There is no need to proceed further in the matter.
Accordingly this proceeding is dropped with a direction to the University to issue admit card and allow him to participate in the process of selection.
With the aforesaid observation this writ petition is disposed of.
