JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-02-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.1.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 2969 of 2016 by which petitioner was granted anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner is given liberty to make necessary correction in the original bail petition in the address of the petitioner as well as as in the 'vakalatnama'. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail was allowed by order dated 23.1.18 vide Cr. Misc. no. 2969 of 2016. It is further submitted that due to inadvertence the address of the petitioner was given as resident of P.S. Giriyak, District Nalanda whereas the correct address of the petitioner is P.S Jehanabad, Dist Jehanabad.
In view of such, the order dated 23.1.2018 is modified to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9159 of 2018(2) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 the extent that the address of the petitioner be read as Vikki @ Vicky Kumar S/o Surendra Rawani, R/o village Mallahchak, Arya Samaj Mandir, P.S. Jehanabad, District-Jehanabad. Accordingly, four weeks further time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is given to the petitioner to surrender in the Court below in terms of the order dated
23. 1.18 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 2969 of 2016. This Cr. Misc. application is allowed.
