The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 106 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 346, 365, 376, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3, 4, 5 of Immoral Trafficking Protection Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2023 and the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent.

The prosecution story in short is that informant received a secret information that prostitution was being done by girls at a house situated near Railway Line in front of Mahamaya Colonly, Rambagh. During the search of house, two girls were recovered form a room. The girls who were recovered stated that they are made hostage since five days and were compelled for wrong work and one of the girls said they brought them in the name of providing work in beauty parlor.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the customer and the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousands ₹ Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Sadar P.S.
