JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-02-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.12.2017 passed in Cr. Mics. no. 56017 of 2017 by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail was allowed by order dated 19.12.2017 vide Cr. Misc. no. 56017 of 2017. It is further submitted that earlier lawyer of the petitioners did not communicate the aforesaid order dated 19.12.17 to the petitioners. So petitioners did not get knowledge about the said order.

Accordingly, four weeks further time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is given to the petitioners to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8909 of 2018(2) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 surrender in the Court below in terms of the order dated 19.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 56017 of 2017. This Cr. Misc. application is allowed.
