The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 95 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 448, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are said to have assaulted the victim girl. Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
