The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 551 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner in the first information report that he not only demanded rangdari but also snatched golden chain of the informant and took away Rs. 20,000/- from his pocket, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26315 of 2018 (2) dt.04-05-2018 In case, the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit with being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
