The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Banmankhi P.S. Case No.148 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 467, 471 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.
The Block Development Officer, informant of the case alleged that one Arun Sharma made an attempt to take disability pension on a forged certificate. During the course of investigation, Arun Sharma disclosed that Md. Ashmad got the certificate prepared.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is nothing on record that the petitioner played any role in getting the forged certificate prepared. Petitioner is not the beneficiary of the forged certificate.

No.5359 of 2018 (2) dt.07-02-2018 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Awdesh Kumar, Sub Judge I, Purnea in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No.148 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
