2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Parihara P.S. Case No. 62 of 2024 dated 03.11.2024, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that, on 31.10.2024 at about 10:30 pm, when the informant was sitting at the door of his house, all the accused persons including the petitioner came and started abusing and assaulting the informant. It is further alleged that co-accused Chandan Kumar Mahto assaulted the informant on his head by butt of the pistol

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners rather the specific allegation is against Chandan Kumar Mahto, who assaulted with butt of the pistol on the head of informant due to which he sustained injury. The allegation levelled against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Parihara P.S. Case No. 62 of 2024, they shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai, DistrictBegusarai, subject to condition as laid down under Section
