From the show cause filed on behalf of the State, it appears that the grant of selection grade to the petitioner is no more a matter in issue.

The litigation before the C.A.T., which reached this Court

Patna High Court MJC No.3173 of 2014 (3) dt.09-02-2015 in the form of C.W.J.C. No.1160 of 2009, in which the order under contempt dated 3.3.2009 had been passed, was concerned only about the question of withdrawal of the grant of selection grade.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to point out any violation of the order under contempt by the authorities of the State so far as that aspect of the matter is concerned. There is no merit in the contempt application and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
