JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2017 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 20.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.33774 of 2017 by which petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that due to unavoidable circumstance he could not surrender within the time prescribed and this application has been filed for extension of time to surrender.

In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to extend the time already granted earlier. However, let petitioner surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the court below in terms of the direction given earlier.

With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
