JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-02-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 45791 of 2017 by which the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was rejected.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail was rejected by order dated 27.11.2017 vide Cr. Misc. no. 45791 of 2017 with direction to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from 27.11.17 and seek regular bail.

It is further submitted that petitioner could not surrender in the Court below in compliance of the order dated 27.11.17 due to the negligence of the advocate of the lower Court and winter vacation.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9457 of 2018(2) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 Accordingly, four weeks further time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is given to the petitioners to surrender in the Court below in terms of the order dated 27.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 45791 of 2017. This Cr. Misc. application is allowed.
