The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Excise Case No.93 of 2020 for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, In view of the fact that the petitioner, who is a lady, is the owner of the vehicle in question and she has no role in committing the crime, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
