JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-08-2019 Writ petition has been filed alleging irregularities in the process of selection of Anganwari Sevika for Center No. 170 Community Bhawan, Aekdara in Ward No. 1 of Barauni block in the district of Begusarai.

The petitioner alleges that Aam Sabha was held in November 2013 wherein she was found eligible, however, appointment letter was not issued to her.

The petitioner has not approached the competent authority under the guidelines for redressal of her grievance. The petitioner has directly approached this Court by filing a writ petition. Since the petitioner has approached this Court without

Patna High Court CWJC No.14126 of 2014(2) dt.06-08-2019 2/2 availing remedy available, this Court at such a belated stage is not inclined to exercise jurisdiction in favour of the petitioner more so for the reason that the application was not for a government employment. The petitioner at best was claiming to be an agent of the government for disseminating welfare measures at the Anganwari Center.

The writ petition for the reasons indicated above is disposed of.
