2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Trial No. 2449 of 2024 arising out of Complaint Case No. C467 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, the petitioners along with other coaccused persons cheated the complainant. He had taken money from the complainant at the pretext of sending him abroad and misappropriated the money.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30241 of 2025(6) dt.09-12-2025 2/2 that petitioners are innocent and are persons of clean antecedent. He has further submitted that the petitioners are ready to refund the entire amount of Rs. 8,00,000/- to the complainant/informant within a period of four months in four equal monthly installments.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail provisionally for a period of four months on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Trial No. 2449 of 2024 arising out of Complaint Case No. C-467 of 2023, subject to the condition that the first installment of Rs. 2,00,000/- shall be paid at the time of filing the bail bonds whereas the rest amount of Rs. 6,00,000/- shall be paid by the petitioners in three equal monthly installments in the next three months. The bail bonds of the petitioners shall be confirmed by the learned Court below itself after payment of the entire money within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the application stands disposed of.
