The State of Bihar, reported in (2017)5 SCC 383.

In view of the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh (supra), the writ application is disposed of with direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13995 of 2014(2) dt.18-09-2018 2/2 petitioners strictly in accordance with the principle laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh (Supra) and take final decision on the claim of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
