JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 25-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that from bare perusal of the First Information Report it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation of assaulting the informant. It is further contended that co-accused Ranju Devi, Kanchan Kumari and Shyamdeo Thakur have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the abovenamed petitioner, namely, Shrawan Thakur, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Alamganj
