This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In course of occurrence of assault co-accused, Shambhu Singh, caused injury at the head of the informant. The allegation of theft is also against Shambhu Singh. Submission of the petitioner is that he has got criminal antecedent and there is no over act. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Suryagarha P.S. Case No. 240 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
