JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2019 Earlier the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 10.8.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.46364 of 2018 on surrender within a period of six weeks and now almost after eight months this application has been filed for modification of the said order with a prayer for extent the time to surrender. Heard learned APP also.

In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order dated 10.8.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 46364 of 2018.

However, if the petitioner surrenders and makes prayer for regular bail, the same shall be considered on the basis of the materials available on the record as well as the fact that he was earlier granted anticipatory bail by this Court.
