JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-02-2018 This application is filed for modification of order dated 14.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54022 of 2017. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been granted Anticipatory Bail on 14.11.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 54022 of 2017 with a direction to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks pending in the Court of Chief Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 172 of 2017, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time.

In such view of the matter, let the time to surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4903 of 2018(2) dt.07-02-2018 2/2 of the petitioner as order dated 14.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54022 of 2017 be further extended by two weeks from today in connection with the aforesaid case.

Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 14.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54022 of 2017 is modified to the above extent.
