JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(i) Payment of arrears of contractual wages for the period from 20.09.2011 to 25.07.2012 while the petitioner was appointed on contractual basis on the post of clerk in the office of the District Magistrate, Arwal alongwith compound interest at the rate of 18 percent per annum starting from the date of his discharge."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
