Petitioner seeks bail in Baruraj P.S. Case No.10 of 2020 registered under Sections 399, 402 of the IPC and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The informant having received secret information that 6-7 criminals were planning for committing crime raided the place near Gopi Chowk. The criminals after seeing the police started fleeing away. The petitioner was arrested and from his possession, one loaded country made pistol was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 05.02.2020. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than seven and half months for recovery of one loaded country made pistol.

Having considered the facts that the petitioner has
