2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 351(2), 352, 304(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. Allegation against petitioner is that he alongwith other two co-accused persons assaulted wife of informant and other family members by means of lathi, danda and axe.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties belong to one family and there is property dispute. Doctor has opined the injury, sustained by informant's wife Arbinda Devi, to be simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Banka in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 380 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
