On 27.08.2019 when the matter was last listed, it was submitted by counsel for the petitioner that he had not been able to contact with the petitioner to ascertain whether claim for subsistence allowance raised in the instant proceedings survives or petitioner has received the same. Today he submits that the
Patna High Court CWJC No.14667 of 2014(3) dt.03-09-2019 2/2 Officer on special duty (respondent no.6) may be directed to take final decision on petitioner's claim (annexure 5). In the circumstance and since no adjudication is required, writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.6 to take final decision on the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2014 (Annexure 5) within the period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If dues are found admissible, same should also be paid to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. Writ petition stands disposed of.
