JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 04-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 354, 307, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that there is omnibus and general against accused 5-6 accused persons land the petitioner is one of them. It is apparent from the order passed by the Sessions Judge that the injuries are not serious in nature. The petitioner claims to have clean antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the abovenamed petitioner, namely, Upendra Yadav, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Obra Police Station

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58496 of 2015 (3) dt.04-02-2016 Case No. 66/2014 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- ( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, subject to the conditions laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
