The petitioner seeks bail in Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 941 of 2020, G.R. No. 3689 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 25(1-b)1, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. One loaded country-made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 13.12.2020. Investigation is complete. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named

No.37004 of 2021(2) dt.09-12-2021 2/2 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 941 of 2020, G.R. No. 3689 of 2020.
