The petitioner seeks bail in Vaishali P.S. Case No. 100 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 467, 468, 471, 414/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a), 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

6197 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from two vehicles and this petitioner alongwith other two accused were apprehended on spot.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the vehicle in question. Petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
