The petitioner seeks bail in Babubarhi P.S. case no. 37 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the IPC.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 1.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 53473 of 2018 with liberty to renew prayer for bail after six months if no substantial progress is made in the case. Petitioner is in custody since 2.4.2018.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that charge has been famed in this case on 14.6.2019 as per his instruction. Petitioner is husband of deceased.

The prayer for bail petitioner was earlier rejected on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26322 of 2019(7) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 merit by this Court therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail of the petitioner again rejected.

Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and make efforts to conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of 9 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and send compliance report.

Petitioner may renew his prayer for bail in the event trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
