The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 03 of 2012 registered under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that nothing against the petitioner has been alleged in the whole case diary.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
