Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the quashing application investigation has been completed and final form has been filed. In that light a supplementary affidavit has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner on 31.07.2019. In paragraph 6 of the supplementary affidavit, it has been categorically stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the present Quashing Application may be permitted to be withdrawn. Permission is granted.

Therefore the present quashing application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
