ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ishipur Barahat P.S. Case No.107 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354B and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the present case has been filed as a counterblast to the case filed by them which are of similar nature.
Considering the nature of the allegations and counter allegations made and also the fact that it is a common feature that even the women of the families are brought into the picture
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57500 of 2015 (2) dt.11-01-2016 2/2 to feed fat their grudge and the petitioners have no criminal antecedents, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Mukesh Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur, in connection with Ishipur Barahat P.S. Case No.107 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
