2. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehending her arrest in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No.24/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109(1) and 3(5) of the BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per FIR, the wife of informant while talking with this petitioner being next door neighbor, some unknown persons covering their face with mask, cause gunshot injury to the wife of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that as per FIR, injured wife of the informant herself stated that she was talking with this petitioner being neighbor and while she was talking, some unknown persons covering their face under mask came near to the door and open firing upon her. It is submitted that almost with no allegation this petitioner was

It is submitted that due to oblique motive, in latter stage of investigation, the family members of this petitioner was implicated with the present crime in question. Petitioner is a lady and claimed clean antecedent.
5. Learned APP duly assisted by learned counsel for the informant while opposing the prayer of bail conceded that nothing incriminating appears against this petitioner, while authoring the FIR and also nothing surfaced during investigation till now.

In view of aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as nothing incriminating stated by injured to the informant regarding petitioner, who is a next door neighbor, coupled with fact as petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent, accordingly petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Udakishunganj, Madhepura/concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No.24/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS.
