Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(b), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 304(B) was added in place of Section 302 IPC.

Earlier also, petitioner had moved this Court for grant of regular bail which was rejected vide Annexue 1. Informant is the father of deceased, who in his fardbeyan has stated that his daughter was married with petitioner but she was being tortured for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and he came to know that his daughter has been killed by pressing her mouth with pillow by petitioner and other family members.

Vide order dated 11.08.2021, a report was called from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36768 of 2021(3) dt.06-10-2021 2/2 court below with regard to stage of the trial. The report of the court below has come which is kept at Flag R, in which, it has been stated that the trial is expected to be concluded within six months.

In view of above and since the trial is at the verge of conclusion, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within six months, as stated in the report of court below. (S. Kumar, J) Sanjay/- U T
