JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-01-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits, by referring to the show-cause filed in the present case as also to a letter dated 27.11.2024, written by the Veterinary Surgeon, Ara, Bhojpur to the Director, Animal Husbandry, Bihar Patna, which has been furnished to this Court and has been taken on record that the judgment of this Court dated 09.01.2024, passed in CWJC No.13095 of 2022 has stood complied with, inasmuch as an order dated 30.10.2024 has already been passed by the Joint Director (Headquarter), Animal Husbandry Directorate, Patna, whereafter, the differential amount of salary to the tune of Rs.11,76,037/- as also a sum of

Patna High Court MJC No.1284 of 2024(4) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 Rs.1,38,060/- on the head of differential amount of earned leave has stood paid to the petitioner.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite parties be also directed to make payment of the differential amount of pensionary benefits and for the said purpose, the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the opposite parties. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. However, it is made clear that in case any differential amount of pensionary benefits are required to be paid to the petitioner on account of grant of 1st ACP/ 2nd ACP and 3rd ACP/MACP, the same shall be paid to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from today.

4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
