JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional P.P. as well as learned counsel representing the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is ready to pay the agreed amount appertaining to Rs. 2,23, 700/-, but in instalment. First instalment of Rs. 50,000/- will be deposited before tendering of bail bond. The remaining amount appertaining to Rs. 1,73, 700/- will be paid in five equal instalment within five months.

Learned counsel for the informant has accede with the offer. That being so, on deposit of Rs. 50,000/- the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1811 of 2017 (4) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 Pranav Kumar Singh @ Pranav Kumar @ Parnav Kumar Singh @ Parnav Kumar is directed to be released on provisional bail effective for five months only on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 163 of 2014. In case the remaining amount appertaining to Rs. 1,73, 700/- is deposited within the aforesaid period of five months, then in that event, the learned lower court will confirm the provisional bail, otherwise, the bail so granted in favour of the petitioner will automatically cease to survive. Furthermore, the learned lower court will see the soundness of the bailors so that the petitioner's presence should be properly acknowledged.
