If that was not bad enough, the present appeal has also been filed after an inordinate delay of 299 days for which the

Patna High Court LPA No.1539 of 2013 (3) dt.02-03-2017 2/2 explanation offered is far from satisfactory that the appellants are poor people. There is no separate law for poor people so far as limitation aspect is concerned.
