JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-01-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 4.11.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.43778/2015 to the extent that in the last portion of the order "learned CJM, Darbhanga" has been typed whereas it should be " learned ACJM, Benipur, Darbhanga". The said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the prayer portion of the main petition.

Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of the main petition.

In view of the aforesaid, let in the last portion of the order dated 4.11.2015 be read as "learned ACJM, Benipur, Darbhanga" in stead of " learned CJM, Darbhanga". Let the date of surrender be extended by three

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56904 of 2015 (2) dt.20-01-2016 2/2 weeks calculated from the date of receipt or production of the order.

The order dated 04.11.2015 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No.245/2015, pending before learned ACJM, Benipur, Darbhanga. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
