2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 16 of 2024 arising out of Mohania P.S. Case No. 860 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 328 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had left her home on her own. The petitioner is in jail since 21.12.2023.

4. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,
