The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 325, 307, 354A, 504, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 8 of the POCSO Act pending in the Court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Jehanabad.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. Injuries are found simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that there is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44863 of 2017 (4) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 direct allegation against the petitioners and witnesses have also supported the prosecution version. Injuries are found on the vital part of the injured persons. Hence, he does not deserve anticipatory bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected.
