The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case no. 04 of 2019, registered under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that petitioner being the revenue clerk realized Lagan from the farmers, but he misappropriated Rs. 1,50,175/- in spite of giving the letter by the Circle Officer, the petitioner did not deposit the said amount. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, the aforesaid amount was realized by the petitioner from the farmers, who could not be deposited in time, later on the petitioner deposited the same in circle office on 20.08.2019, which would appear from Annexure-B.

No.32880 of 2019(2) dt.20-05-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 04 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
