JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 04-10-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner wants to renew her prayer for prearrest bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 05.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10667 of 2014, on the ground that Nawal Singh, the main accused of the case, has already been acquitted after trial and further, Rukmini Devi wife of Nawal Singh has already been allowed pre-arrest bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 31365 of 2017 and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration to which the learned A.P.P. opposes by submitting that the petitioner is the wife of the deceased. In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for pre-arrest bail, again prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner stands rejected in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44791 of 2017 (2) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 50 of 2013/ G.R. No. 832 of 2015 pending in the court of A.C.J.M. Nawada. However, the petitioner may surrender and seek regular bail which will be considered on its own merit, after taking into consideration that Nawal Singh has already been acquitted, without being prejudiced by this order.
