The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 612 of 2022 dated 19.09.2022, registered under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The name of the petitioner has transpired in this case on the basis of suspicion. The victim girl has not supported the prosecution case and also it appears that she had left the house on her sweet will and gone to Goa with the petitioner. The petitioner has one criminal

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also period of custody, this bail application is allowed. 7.

Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 612 of 2022, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall be represented through his lawyer or himself.
