The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 24.5.2014 passed by the learned Respondent District Magistrate Nalanda in Misc. (Aganwari) Case No.92/12 whereby and whereunder learned Respondent D.M. has been pleased to confirm the order dated 29.03.2012 passed by learned District Programme Officer Nalanda contained in his Memo No. 1086 dated 29.3.12 by which the petitioner has been remained from the post of Agan Wari Sevika of Aganwari Centre Silao dih II Center No. 105
Patna High Court CWJC No.16051 of 2014(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 under Silao Block.
(ii) Further for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 29.03.2012 passed by Respondent D.P.O. contained in his Memo No.
1086 dated 29.03.2012 where by Respondent D.P.O. has been pleased to cancel the appointment of petitioner as Anganwari Sevika at center No. 105 Under Silao Block."

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition to which the learned counsel for the respondents has got no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
