JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-01-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29758 of 2015 whereby on submission of opposite party, a direction was passed to deposit 20% of the outstanding amount within a period of nine months.

In the present modification application it has been prayed on behalf of the petitioner that the said period of nine months be reduced to four months.

I find no reason for modifying the order dated 28.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29758 of 2015. The present application is, accordingly, dismissed. U.K./- (Sudhir Singh, J) U
