JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-01-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27163 of 2015 whereby on submission of opposite party, a direction was passed to deposit 20% of the outstanding amount within a period of one year.

In the present modification application it has been prayed on behalf of the petitioner that the said period of one year be reduced to four months.
