25-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

This is 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of petitioner. Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 21.12.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 28290 of 2020.

On last occasion, vide order dated 14.07.2021, a report, with regard to present stage of the trial, was called for, which has been received and kept at flag 'R'. From perusal of the same, it appears that the case has already been committed to the court of sessions on 21.08.2021.

Consideration the nature of allegation and progress of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected. However, the
