2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sahayak Khazanchi P.S. Case No.10 of 2024, lodged on 09.03.2024, under Section 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against the petitioner and ten unknown accused persons against whom allegation is that the informant's sister has admitted to Hospital for delivery and the child of the admitted patient died due to carelessness.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel specifically pleaded that the antecedent of the petitioner in clean and she is in custody since 09.03.2024. Counsel further submits

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner, above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia, in connection with Sahayak Khazanchi P.S. Case No. 10 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
